Chai Tea Cappuccino

May I introduce to you: my Chai Tea Cappuccino. Chai is black tea with a combination of spices (such as cinnamon, cardamom & ginger) and it's diluted with (in my case) almond milk and natural sweeteners. Chai Tea is a healthy alternative to coffee.

Things you need to make a Chai Tea Cappuccino:

  • Hot water
  • Chai tea (I use Sweet Chai by Yogi Tea)
  • Almond milk
  • Agave nectar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Some cinnamon to sprinkle on top

    I have lactose intolerance, but I had to go to the doctor last wednesday and it is possible I have leaky gut syndrome, so i have to start a very strick diet, but i will know more about it at the end of this month.
