Green smoothie

Green smoothies are a great way to get your daily portion of fruit and vegetables. I drink one everyday, they're quick and easy to make and there are so many varieties. Not to mention they are absolutely delicious!

Here's one of my personal favourites, a real power juice to kick off your day:



  • 2 large cups organic baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup coconut water 
  • 1/2 organic cucumber chopped
  • 1 organic green apple
  • 1 organic banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder or 3 spirulina tablets
