Smoothies are great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. This banana berry smoothie is one of my favourite breakfast smoothies, it's sweet, simple and gluten & dairy-free.
1 cup sugar-free almond milk
1 organic banana
1 cup organic blueberries
1 cup organic raspberries
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
3 ice cubes
That's all it takes to make this delicious breakfast smoothie. Blend away!
