I know, so good.
The recipe I use is gluten & dairy free and I don't use any sugar. These pancakes are very easy to make and they taste as good as 'regular' pancakes (or even better, knowing that they're healthier).
The only ingredients I use are:
- 2 cups of gluten-free flour
- 2 cups of sugar-free almond milk
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 vanilla stick
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
