I'm in the mood for Finger Food! Healthy finger food! I made myself a colorful veggie plate with the following finger foods:
Steamed broccoli
Carrots with oregano
Tofu with peanut/soy sauce
Guacamole *
Cherry tomatoes
* For the guacamole I used avocado, tomato, red pepper, parsley, lime juice, pepper & salt (no sour cream, I'm sorry for the sour cream fans!) Have a healthy day! xoxo
