Today I made a warm veggie salad with broccoli, cherry tomatoes and a dressing based on carrots & ginger (blended with some olive oil & herbs). I enjoyed this nutritious warm salad with a cup of quinoa. Quinoa is gluten-free, easy to digest, has lots of nutrients and is much healthier than other grains.
Ingredients:
- Quinoa
- Filtered water
- Sea salt
- Steamed broccoli florets
- Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- Chopped carrots
- Finely chopped fresh ginger
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Organic soy sauce (no wheat)
